Data we collect and receive 

Cheung Pharma Consultancy may collect or receive personal data when you have requested to use or have used our services. Information we may collect and receive are as follows:

  • First- and last name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Address

We do not collect special personal data, such as data related to race or ethnic origin, religious conviction, criminal records, or physical and mental health status. 

How we use personal data

The data is necessary for our and your legitimate interest and will be used to fulfil your query and send replies to you where appropriate. 

Retention and deletion

Cheung Pharma Consultancy does not use or store your personal data for a longer period than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

Age limitations

The protection of the privacy of children is of high importance to us. This website is not designed for, or intentionally aimed at children of 16 years or younger. It is also not our intention to collect or retain data of persons of 16 years or younger.

In addition, you have the right to request for more information about the purpose of your data or the retention period. Prior to this request, Cheung Pharma Consultancy may request for information about your personal data to verify your identity. Upon this request, your data will be provided to you electronically, as soon as possible but at least within a month after the date of request.

Cheung Pharma Consultancy has taken appropriate measures to ensure stored data security and integrity. This include physical protection of the hardware on which the data is stored as well as security software.
